New President

To all E&E RPCV members:

The Board of Directors welcomes our fellow board member Cindy Mosca to be our new president.  While she has been on the board for a relatively short time,
she has amply demonstrated her commitment to our objectives and taken an active part in conducting our activities.   We are confident that she will provide the leadership that our group seeks.  We ask that all members lend her their full support.
